Dr. Shannon has been part of the Orland Family Dental team since 1998. She earned her dental degree from State University New York at Buffalo in 1996, where she represented her peers as the American Dental Association student representative for three years. After completing a general practice residency at Michael Reese Hospital (serving as chief resident), she brought her passion for people-centered care to Riverside. She’s also an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society, and spends her time outside the office with her four children — three boys and one girl.
