Dr. Emilie Hsu is a dedicated and compassionate dentist and is committed to achieving unparalleled quality. She attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate education and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Southern California. Dr. Hsu has a love for education and is also currently an associate faculty at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. Dr. Hsu is a wellness-focused cosmetic and general dentist and her goal during every dental visit is to not only provide you with the best oral health, but to also ensure that these treatments positively contribute to your overall wellness. She examines your craniofacial health and ensures your teeth, along with your airways and skeletal anatomy are both functional and healthy. That way, she can help you create a holistic treatment plan. To help you achieve your most natural and luxurious smile, she also utilizes modern approaches to analyze facial characteristics and create a facially-driven design personalized to each patient. Her philosophy in dentistry is to preserve as much natural tooth structure as possible because there is no tooth like your own. She was classically trained in Biomimetic dentistry at USC, which aims to render minimally-invasive procedures by utilizing research-based techniques and a deep knowledge of dental materials and their compatibility with our natural tissue.
