Dr. Aswell graduated from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dental School University of Maryland in 1976 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. This incidentally is the first dental school in the world, but contrary to some office staff belief, he was not the first graduate! Prior to Dental School, he attended Mississippi College in Clinton Mississippi. Dr. Aswell has been practicing for over 32 years. He opened his current office in Jasper, Alabama in January of 2008. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Aswell has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. Dr. Aswell began surgically placing and restoring dental implants in 1982.
