Dr John Haywood

Dr. John Haywood was born and raised in the Birmingham area and graduated from Spain Park High School. He graduated with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the UAB School of Dentistry in 2019. After practicing all over the state of Alabama, Dr. Haywood returned to Birmingham to open his practice to provide dental care that was in line with his vision. He hopes every patient of Haywood Family and Cosmetic Dentistry feels well taken care of and like part of the family. He strives to provide excellent dental care in both a functional and esthetic capacity and understands the anxieties associated with dental treatment that can affect a patient’s dental experience. When he is not in the office, you can find him spending time with his wife, Dr. Jessie, and his two kids, Charlotte and Jackson. He is an avid Alabama fan and enjoys golf in his free time.
