Mr Ashley Houck,

Dr. Ashley Houck feels fortunate to have found the perfect career to blend her love of science, art, and helping others. Having grown up in Lake Orion, Michigan, she attended Oakland University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She continued her education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During her time at Detroit Mercy, she was selected by the Dean to serve as Presidential Ambassador and was the recipient of the Russell W. Bunting Periodontal Society Award. Dr. Houck is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry with a special passion for root canal therapy, crowns, bridges, and implant-retained prosthetics. She is an active member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, American Dental Association, and Michigan Dental Association. Dr. Houck is committed to establishing long-lasting relationships by providing compassionate, personalised dentistry in a caring environment. She places her patients’ needs and concerns at the forefront of their treatment and seeks to educate and transform lives through smiles. At the heart of her work is the desire to have a positive impact on everyone she encounters. She is dedicated to community service and has spearheaded multiple book drives to promote literacy through Beyond Basics and supports our troops through annual Christmas stockings and thank you letters. In her free time, Dr. Houck enjoys reading, drawing portraits, dancing, camping, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
