Dr. Calvo was born in Havana and moved to Miami with her family when she was 16. She attended Florida International University in Miami, obtaining her Bachelor's in science in 2000. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2005 and furthered her training by completing a one-year General Practice Residency at UNC Hospital. She is a member of ADA and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. During the last 15 years of her career, Dr. Calvo has completed countless advanced education courses in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and implant surgery.
