Dr Grace Zhang

Dr. Grace Zhang earned a doctorate degree in Neuroscience from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio prior to dental school. She has published many research articles on top peer-reviewed journals including the most influential neuroscience journal Neuron. She was introduced to and became interested in dentistry through her research in signal pathways underlying excitability of neurons involving pain transduction and pain management. After graduation from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey, Dr. Zhang returned home to practice dentistry with Dr. Kurt Mackie. She is attracted by the comprehensive restorative approaches Dr. Mackie offers to patients. She values education and attends the post-graduate continuum at L.D. Pankey Institute in Florida, while continuing to learn from Dr. Mackie every day. Dr. Zhang is committed to providing the highest standard of care to the community. She is passionate about using her knowledge and the latest technology to create beautiful and healthy smiles for our patients.
