As a magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, I received a degree in the Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) and was honored with induction to the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (the national honorary society serving the field of dentistry). Then, I completed the Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Advanced General Dentistry at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Thereafter, I have stayed in the Boston area, practicing recently with Dr. Mark Beal at his private practice on Newbury Street in Back Bay as a cosmetic and general dentist prior to founding Charles Street Dental. Currently, I am also teaching at BU Dental School as a clinical professor. During my education and training as a dental student, my research and experiences included dental restorations for patients with Sjogren’s syndrome (a condition that causes extremely dry mouth), dental caries management by risk assessment (CAMBRA), helping patients with a complicated medical condition, incorporating digital technology in restorative dentistry and externship at local community health centers such as Northshore Community Health Center in Salem, Dimock Health Center in Boston, and Boston Public School Rotations. With a specialty in cosmetic dentistry, I strive to provide the highest level of care, approaching each of my patients with a personalized plan. My unique dental philosophy draws primarily from the concept of conservative and minimally invasive dentistry.
