From 1997 to 2004, Dr. Fiffe practiced as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and served as a professor of Oral Pathology at the University of Havana. In 2003, he became chairman of the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Salvador Allende Hospital in Havana, a role he held for one year. Dr. Fiffe continued his education through the International Dentist Program at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he was accepted in 2010. He graduated with his DDS in 2012 and was honored with the Quintessence Award for Academic Achievement. He has completed extensive continuing education through leading programs, including the Dr. Frank Spear Institute, focusing on complex case rehabilitation, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Fiffe holds master certificates in Dental Implant, Advanced Bone Grafting, Advanced Crown Lengthening, and Advanced Sinus Lift.
