Dr. Ian Mort of Western New York / Rochester, New York, attended State University of New York at Geneseo in Geneseo, NY. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology. He continued his education at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, NY and completed his General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado in Denver. Dr. Mort has called Nashville home since 2017 and is fortunate to live close to his older brother, an oral surgeon in the area and his parents who migrated here from New York. Dr. Mort is a member of the following organizations: American Dental Association Tennessee Dental Association Nashville Dental Society Millennium (Study Club). Dr. Mort believes everyone deserves the opportunity to have good oral health which is why he volunteers each month at Interfaith Dental, a dental clinic that helps the under-served in the Middle Tennessee area. In his free time, Dr. Mort loves spending time with his wife, Meghan and their two children, Madeline and Thomas and their dog, Duchess / dogs, King Louie and Dutchess! He also loves watching or playing golf, soccer, basketball, hockey / football.
