Dr. Scott Kozlak was born and raised in Torrington, CT. After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Biological Sciences, he earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the UCONN School of Dental Medicine and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the UCONN Health Center. He has experience in public health dentistry, private practice, and a large multi-speciality organisation.
