Dr. Sabrina Coombs grew up on the beautiful Island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Bethune Cookman University in 2007. After graduation, she worked as a middle and high school science teacher while conducting biomedical science research at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Coombs later graduated summa cum laude from Barry University with her Masters in Biomedical Science degree in 2011 and then Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2015. Following graduation, she has been practicing dentistry in Massachusetts. Dr. Coombs believes that dentistry provides her the opportunity to creatively pursue her passion of service to underrepresented communities through her day-to-day work. Her experience as a full-time teacher working with middle and high school age students in high-needs high-risk schools further exposed her to the challenges of helping individuals who need extra attention and patience, ultimately giving her the opportunity to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds, and she has carried these skills into her approach to dental care.
