Dr Richard Oliver

Dr. Richard Oliver opened this practice in La Palma over 30 years ago. He followed in his father’s footsteps when he decided to become a dentist. He was raised in Southern California and attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate degree and USC school of dentistry. After graduating he spent a year and a half doing dentistry in Korea. Here he was able to help train Korean dentists as well as work with a very under served population. Upon returning to the United States, he practiced dentistry with his father in Los Angeles for a few years before coming to Orange County to start his own practice. More than 30 years later he is still serving this community. Dr. Oliver has been blessed with many opportunities to provide dentistry to those in need in areas such as South Africa, Swaziland, Mexico and Honduras. With a passion for esthetic, restorative and implant dentistry, Dr. Oliver feels that his ability to help his patients regain function and improve the look of their smile makes dentistry as rewarding to him as ever. Dr. Oliver has four children, two of whom practice dentistry with him in this office. Five grandchildren keep him busy and bring him endless joy.
