Dr. Kim is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree. He continued his post grad studies and served his residency and chief residency at Peninsula Hospital Center in New York City where he was exposed to all aspects of oral surgery, bone grafting, implantology, medicine, and trauma. He practiced dentistry in two private offices in New York for 7 years before moving back to his hometown of Southern California. Now he operates a group practice in Orange County. In addition to being a member of various local and national dental organizations, Dr. Kim also has a heart for teaching fellow doctors and has lectured extensively nationally. He is the Course Director for Hiossen AIC Implant Institute where he lectures about implant surgery and bone grafting into the sinus. He is also responsible for forming Dr. Kim Mini Residency program.
