Dr. Dolinar received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1980. Dr. Dolinar completed a General Practice Residency at Erie County Medical Center in 1981, after which he opened his practice in 1981 at 108 Buffalo Street in Hamburg, NY, across the street from the current location at 121 Buffalo Street. He is a member in good standing of the 8th District Dental Society, NYS Dental Association, American Dental Association. Dr. Dolinar resides in Orchard Park and has 3 children.
