Dr. Sara Tanavoli is a board certified Periodontist with 15 years of surgical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at UCLA and continued her education at the University of Southern California (USC), earning a Master of Science degree in Craniofacial Biology/Immunology and a Doctor of Dental Surgery, after which she completed a 3-year residency in Periodontology. Dr. Tanavoli has been practicing Periodontology full time for the past 15 years. She confidently performs all periodontal surgeries, including reconstruction of bony and soft tissue defects, treatment of gum recessions and periodontal disease, as well as dental implant placements utilizing the most advanced technology and biomaterials.
