Dr. Alison Cole completed her BS from Duke University in 2002. She thoroughly enjoyed her time at Duke while serving as the captain of the varsity women’s soccer team her junior and senior year. She returned home to Charleston to attend the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine, where she was awarded honors such as The American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award and The Dentsply Fixed Prosthodontics Award. Dr. Cole was named the 2007 Hinman Scholar and 2007 Presidential Scholar and inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society in 2008. She completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree as first honor graduate in 2008 and is currently a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Association, Academy of General Dentists, and Triangle Study Club.
