Dr. Dayena Lee grew up in Greensboro NC after moving to the U.S. from South Korea at the age of 5. She attended UNC-Chapel Hill for undergraduate studies, double majoring in Psychology and Asian Studies, and received her master’s degree in Physiology from NC State University. During dental school, she was part of many student organisations focused on giving back to the community and was awarded the International College of Dentistry Philanthropy award. Before Mebane Oaks Family Dentistry, she worked in public health dentistry. She is an adjunct faculty member at UNC School of Dentistry. Member of NC Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
