Dr Olivia Merandi

Dr. Merandi earned her undergraduate degree in 2001, majoring in Art & Design while attending the University of Notre Dame on a volleyball scholarship. She received her master’s degree in Education in 2003 and enjoyed many years as a visual arts educator and volleyball coach. After being a part of several service organizations over the years, Dr. Merandi realized she could combine her love of art and serving others as a healthcare provider in the wonderful field of dentistry. Designing and improving smiles became her passion. She graduated from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2018. Her non-traditional path to dentistry combines a personal approach to patient care, an artist’s attention to detail, and a passion for lifelong learning. Patients appreciate her down-to-earth demeanor and sincere desire to help others. Dr. Merandi enjoys all aspects of dentistry and educating patients to improve both their oral and overall systemic health. Dr. Merandi is a native Texan who loves the outdoor lifestyle of Georgia (although she still roots for the Astros!) When not tending to smiles, she can most likely be found on the sidelines of one of her boys’ sporting events or working on a renovation project with her husband and three sons.
