Dr Edward T. Murphy

Dr. Edward T. Murphy practices periodontal care in Charleston, SC. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and completed dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology as well as a Clinical Assistant Professor at MUSC. A native of Aiken, South Carolina, Dr. Murphy received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and his Dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed a Residency in Advanced General Dentistry followed by the Post-Doctoral program in Periodontics at MUSC. Dr. Murphy is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and maintains extensive training and experience in periodontal soft-tissue surgical procedures, bone grafting and placing dental implants.
