Dr Paul Doughty

Paul is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. While there, he graduated in the top 5% and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a dental honor society that is by invitation only from clinical faculty. Also, while at MUSC, he was the recipient of the Joseph Cleveland award that recognized the student with the highest GPA in his class. After graduation in 2007, Paul opted to pursue further education at the University of Florida and was accepted into their year-long post graduate Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program. This competitive program graduates 10 residents every year and is highly regarded for producing some of the best clinicians in the field. While there, he furthered his understanding and treated patients who had COSMETIC, IMPLANT and reconstruction needs. In addition, he gained valuable education in the diagnosis and proper treatment of TMJ disorders. He has collaborated with specialists locally and nationally to help his patients receive the best treatment outcomes possible.
