I was born and raised in Michigan and earned both my Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees from the University of Michigan. After dental school, I completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the Birmingham VA Medical Center. There, I trained alongside dental specialists in a wide range of disciplines, which gave me the skills to provide both routine care and more complex treatments. Thanks to that foundation, I'm able to help patients achieve long-lasting, comfortable, and natural-looking results. I'm certified in oral conscious sedation and have completed advanced training through various continuing education programs. I'm also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. While I'm proud of my clinical background, what matters most to me is the connection I build with each patient. I take the time to listen, explain, and guide people through their care with clarity and compassion. My goal is for every patient to feel respected, heard, and genuinely cared for—because to me, dentistry isn't just about teeth, it's about people. Outside the office, I love staying active and exploring new things—whether it's hiking, rock climbing, traveling, or trying new foods. I bring that same curiosity and energy into my practice, always learning and growing so I can offer the best possible care to those I serve.
