Dr David N. Croop

I became interested in dentistry while undergoing several dental procedures as a teenager. As a result of those experiences, I have developed a unique practice style and philosophy. In the 34 years, I have been practicing dentistry, I enjoy the long-term relationships with many patients that I have cared for, some for the three decades I've been practicing. I am very interested in learning from continuing education opportunities. When I am out of the office, I enjoy teaching and advising colleagues in various study clubs, and working with the residents at The University Hospital of Cincinnati Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program. I am a graduate of DePauw University and Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, I completed my General Practice Residency at St. Luke's Hospital Medical Center in Cleveland. More recently I completed a postdoctoral program at the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and the Xavier University XLAB entrepreneurial program. I am a member of the Cincinnati Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Seattle Study Club (a renowned international continuing education institution), and the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education Alumni Association. In addition, I have invented and developed several dental instruments and devices that will make dental visits easier for dentists and patients. Outside of the dental office and the classroom, I enjoy spending time traveling, boating, water skiing, and kayaking with my wife and two sons. We also enjoy spending time with our adopted rescue dog.
