Dr Juliana Correal

My name is Juliana Correal, DMD, MS. I was born in the beautiful country of Colombia! My family came to the United States when I was about 2 years old where they eventually settled in Sarasota, FL. No wonder my favorite vacation spots involve either the mountains or a beach! My family sacrificed a great deal to give my sister and I an education and a wholesome environment to flourish. The road to becoming established in this country was not easy, but I would not change a thing. My parents’ focus and perseverance taught my sister and I the importance of working hard, staying humble, and appreciating all the things God has given us. In high school, I was given the opportunity to work in a local dental office where my love for giving people the confidence to smile began. After graduation, I was accepted to the University of Florida, Go GATORS! It was also at this time that I met my husband, Douglas. After spending four years in Gainesville, I moved to Miami where I was given the opportunity to work as a Research Assistant and obtain my Master of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University. During this time, I realized my passion for patient care and esthetics needed to merge in the form of dentistry. I attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry to realize this goal. Shortly after becoming a dentist, Douglas and I married and settled in Orlando, FL. I have spent over a decade providing dental care to the central Florida area.
