Dr. Michael Alsouss, the founder of Glacial Dental, came to the United States with a dream of owning his own dental practice. He worked tirelessly, holding three jobs while completing his doctorate at Case Western, and has since built one of the top dental practices in the country. The heart of Dr. Alsouss’ mission is to provide every patient with the best dental care and patient experience, and to help dentists become better practitioners through all of Glacial Dental. He aspires to provide cutting edge dental care, while maintaining a warm, comfortable, friendly and caring environment.
