Dr. Brown graduated in 1984, obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, from the University of Pittsburgh. The DMD was Dr. Brown’s third earned degree. In 1977 he was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, followed by a Master of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry in 1980. Both degrees were awarded by the University of Pittsburgh. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Brown initially practiced dentistry in the Homewood Community of Pittsburgh prior to relocating to the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area. While working towards his Master’s degree, he served as an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University and as a Chemist at Calgon Corporation. Dr. Brown is a general dentist and has experienced extraordinary success in crown and bridge, restorative dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. And, Dr. Brown’s practice has seen exponential growth in implant restoration.
