Dr. Shehla Yousuf is a skilled general dentist committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She provides comprehensive dental services, including crowns, fillings, bridges (including implant restorations), extractions, and root canals. With strong attention to detail and a calm, friendly chairside manner, she strives to make every visit comfortable and every patient feel genuinely heard. Dr. Yousuf believes that great dentistry begins with great relationships. She takes the time to get to know each patient as a person—learning their dental history, understanding their goals, and addressing their chief concerns with care and compassion. Her personalised approach ensures that patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment plan. She completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at NYU Langone Dental Medicine, where she trained extensively in complex restorative dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and soft-tissue procedures. Dr. Yousuf earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) with Honors from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, where she was active in several dental associations, involved in research, and recognised with the Delta Dental of Tennessee Scholarship. She is also Invisalign Certified and a member of the Seattle Study Club’s Greater Washington Academy of Dental Studies. Service has always been central to Dr. Yousuf’s work. She volunteered for six years with the Mid-South Mission of Mercy and provided care for underserved communities through the Church Health Center in Memphis. She brings this same commitment to compassion and accessibility to her practice every day.
