Dr. Clark was born and raised in Vernal, Utah. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Tennessee. He attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency in San Antonio. He served as Chief of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Langley Air Force Base Hospital. He has completed over 500 full arch cases and over 5000 implants. Dr. Clark is married with three sons and enjoys outdoor activities.
