Dr. Graichen is a native North Carolinian born and raised outside Raleigh. She graduated with honors from St. Mary’s School, received the Marian Drane Graham award, and graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University double majoring in biology and German. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Medical University of South Carolina’s James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine. She went on dental mission trips to Burundi, Uganda, and Ecuador. She completed a two-year general practice residency at Carolinas Medical Center. She worked as an associate in a private practice before becoming a partner. She prioritises continuing education and is Invisalign-certified. Professional affiliations: American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Greater Charlotte Study Club.
