Dr. Dani Nicholson is originally from Ocala, Florida and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UNC Adams School of Dentistry in 2023, graduating with Distinction in Community Service and Outreach. A first-generation college graduate and the first doctor in her family, Dr. Nicholson has a special passion for cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and prosthodontics. She loves helping patients achieve smiles that are both healthy and beautiful—reflecting the light they already hold within. Her goal is to work side-by-side with patients to improve their oral health while also boosting confidence, self-esteem, and pride in their smiles. Outside the office, Dr. Nicholson enjoys travelling, live music, exploring new restaurants, and tackling home improvement/design projects. She brings that same creativity and energy into her practice, creating a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for, comfortable, and empowered to smile with confidence.
