Dr. Paul Singh grew up in Canada and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Windsor in Ontario. He then earned his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, he moved to Maine where he worked in both private practice and in community health clinics around the state. Drs.
