Dr. Gayle Fletcher has been practicing dentistry in Conroe and the surrounding areas since 1995. He attended and graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1991. Dr. Fletcher strives daily to continue learning about dentistry and how to provide the best care for his patients. He is an instructor and co-founder of Dental Development Seminars, which provides instructions in oral surgery techniques three times a year. He co-leads a group to Guatemala and also teaches dental extraction techniques to other doctors seeking continuing education to advance their skills in oral surgery. In collaboration with specialists in all phases of dentistry, Dr. Fletcher has founded an international teaching institute called “International Focus on Healing.” In conjunction with the medical community, Dr. Fletcher is also striving to bring improved healing to non-healing wounds through the leukocyte platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF) grafting technique. He is a member of the Academy of Bioesthetic Dentistry, Texas OBI Study Club, American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, American Orthodontic Society, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Brazos Valley Dental Society. Dr. Fletcher is a retired lieutenant colonel in the U. S. Army Reserve and served 23 years of honorable military service. He is one of only a few dentists who is submarine qualified. Dr. Fletcher is married to his wife, Angela, who also works at the office as a human resources coordinator, and together, they have two children and six grandchildren.
