Dr. Khullar was born in Texas and grew up in White Hall, Arkansas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1999, then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee in 2003. While in Dental School he met his wife and they now have three wonderful children, who are the stars of their life! They chose to come back to Arkansas because of its wonderful schools, scenic beauty, great people, and to be close to family and friends. Dr. Khullar has trained at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) and The Misch International Implant Institute (MIII). The prestigious 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 America's Top Dentists award was given to him from the Consumer Research Council. He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Dental Association and the Arkansas State Dental Association.
