Dr. Knecht seeks advanced training through a variety of continuing education opportunities. He is a Diplomate for the American Board of Oral Implantology, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow of the International College of Dentistry, Associate Fellow of the American Association of Implantology, and a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. In his free time, Dr. Knecht enjoys participating in water activities. He has 4 children: Lindsey, Chelsea, Greg, and Doug.
