Dr. Chang was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He attended Windsor Park Elementary and Baker Middle School and graduated from Mary Carroll High School in 2003. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Texas A&M College Station. Dr. Chang is a 2011 graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX, where he was named to the Dean’s Honor List. After dental school, he returned to Corpus Christi. He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD, 2017) and completed his dental implant fellowship through the iHDS. He participates in the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry, and Corpus Christi Dental Study Club. Community involvement includes Leadership Corpus Christi graduate, Corpus Christi 40 Under 40 award (2012), and Buc Days commissioner.
