Dr. Shields grew up in Milford, Nebraska, and earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. Dr. Shields is passionate about providing exceptional care and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their best overall health—starting with a healthy smile! Outside of dentistry, she enjoys learning about clean eating, nutrition, and fitness, and is a strong advocate for the connection between oral health and whole-body wellness. Dr. Alison Shields is a Level 2 Advanced Certified Administrator in the use of botulinum toxin through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE).
