Graduating first in his class at Buras High School in 1978, Dr. Cossich continued his educational pursuits under a full academic scholarship at Tulane University in New Orleans where he earned two degrees; a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Upon graduating with honors with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from LSU School of Dentistry in 1987, Dr. Cossich continued honing his clinical skills by spending the next two years in a post-graduate, advanced training program at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. Upon completing this program, Dr. Cossich went into private practice and that is where he remains today. In 1999, Dr. Cossich earned the prestigious Fellowship designation in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the New Orleans Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy for Sports Dentistry, the American Dental Association, The Louisiana Dental Association, the Christian Dental Society, the American Dental Implant Association and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
