Dr. Cararie grew up in Bethel Park and graduated from Bethel Park High School (Class of 1988 and baseball state champions). He earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh (1992). He continued his education at Pitt where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (1995). He enjoys spending quality time with his family, resides in the South Hills with his wife, Shannon, and has two children, Gianna (9) and Gemma (4). He's been a Wish Coordinator for the Make-A-Wish Foundation for the past 18 years and continues to play baseball.
