Dr. Marianne Freed was born and raised in Hanover, PA. She received her B.S. in Biology from Duquesne University. She then received her DMD degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, she completed a general practice residency at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center. She expanded her knowledge in all aspects of general dentistry, including crown and bridge work, implant dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics. She consistently seeks professional growth by attending continuing education courses and volunteers at dental clinics that serve underprivileged and at-risk patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking, hiking, biking and playing pickleball. She also loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her family and friends.
