Dr Robert Harden received a Doctorate Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois Chicago in 1998 and graduated in the honors Restorative Clinic. He obtained a Masters of Science in Engineering from Marquette University in 1989 and a Bachelors in Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago in 1983. Dr. Haraden worked at Abbott Laboratories for 12 years design medical diagnostic instrumentation. He also designed biological detection equipment for the U.S. Department of Defense, designed electronics for Honda Motor Corporation and has obtained multiple United States patents in dental surgical instruments. Dr. Harden is experienced in dental emergencies, pain management, surgical extractions, root canal treatments, total dental reconstruction and enjoys working with children. His interests includes riding horses, farming, playing fiddle, training sport dogs, fishing, skiing and snowmobiling. He enjoys living in our wonderful community, farming the land and raising crops. He was Assistant Scout Master for 5 years. His wonderful wife Donna works for Baxter in the FDA and Regulatory Affairs Department. Their son Collin Haraden M.D. graduated from Duke University and Creighton University Medical School. Their daughter Carlie Haraden is a CPA for Price Waterhouse Coppers in Chicago, graduated from Norte Dame and the University of Kentucky.
