Dr John Van

Dr. John Van is a compassionate and highly respected leader in cosmetic and implant dentistry, with nearly two decades of experience dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant smiles that inspire confidence. His practice philosophy merges art with science, blending advanced skills in IV sedation, aesthetic treatments, and implant procedures to provide exceptional, comfortable care tailored to each individual. His expertise includes smile makeovers, implant reconstruction, full mouth rehabilitation, Invisalign®, and Zoom! whitening. A Bay Area native, Dr. Van has deep roots in the local community. He earned a full academic scholarship to UCLA, where he completed his B.S. in Psychobiology, and furthered his dental education at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Van has a deep commitment to service and humanitarian work. Since 2008, he has volunteered with Operation Smile, traveling to Vietnam, India, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Honduras to provide life-changing dental and cleft lip/palate surgeries for children in need. His service with the American Red Cross as an EMT during Hurricane Katrina further reflects his dedication to helping others in times of crisis. These experiences continue to shape his compassionate approach to patient care.
