Dr. Wilson is one of the experienced dentists of Woodhill Dental Associates. He was raised in Dallas, where he attended public school, graduating from Hillcrest High School in 1981. He then graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology degree in 1985. After graduation from SMU, Dr. Wilson lived and traveled extensively through Europe before returning to attend dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from UTHSCSA Dental School with the doctor of dental surgery degree in 1990 and began in private practice in north Dallas immediately after graduation. In 1990, Dr. Wilson began practicing with Dr. Ted Moore at Woodhill Medical Park. Dr. Wilson met Dr. Moore years earlier while attending church where Dr. Moore was his Sunday school teacher at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church. Dr. Wilson subsequently bought the dental practice from Dr. Moore and continued to practice together until Dr Moore’s retirement in 2018. Through many hours of continuing education and thousands of endodontic cases, Dr. Wilson has become proficient in the practice of endodontics in addition to his expertise as a general dentist. Dr. Wilson’s goal has always been to provide the very highest level of service with the greatest amount of comfort, and to care for his patients in a very personal and committed fashion. Dr Wilson continues to stay abreast of advancements in dentistry through ongoing continuing dental education courses.
