Dr Jennifer S. Fanti

Dr. Fanti’s motivation to provide exceptional dental care, commitment to keeping current with the latest dental treatments and education, and focus to provide you with a comfortable dental experience, are just a few reasons why she is the ideal dentist for you and your family and friends. After graduating from Gabriel Richard High School in Riverview, Dr. Fanti received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Michigan. She attended Dental School at the University of Detroit Mercy where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Fanti worked as a dental assistant and has over 30 years of dental experience. Dr. Fanti is a North East Regional Board (NERB) certified general dentist with an active license to practice Dentistry in the state of Michigan as well as other NERB qualifying states. Upon completion of her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Fanti has been practicing dentistry as an associate Dentist mainly in the downriver area. She is experienced in endodontics, pediatrics, prosthodontics, periodontics, treatments for sleep apnea, and restorative dentistry. Dr. Fanti is also certified in Invisalign orthodontics, Lumineer restorations, and BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED). She is very patient centered dentist and is very ethical and honest and will treat you as if you were one of her family members. Dr. Fanti is a proud member of various dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Michigan Dental Association, Detroit District Dental Society, and Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity. She is very dedicated to the community. Together with the Southgate Dental Group, Dr. Fanti participates in the Smiles For Life foundation, which allows dentists to offer teeth whitening in their community at a reduced rate while donating all the proceeds to a charitable organization. Additionally, she is a member of the Spear Study club which involves small peer groups who meet locally to collaborate on actual cases to improve clinical expertise. Members also travel yearly to the Spear campus in Scottsdale, Arizona for group continuing education. In 2017, Dr. Fanti was honored in HOUR Magazine as a Top Dentist, which is based on the judgement of her peers.
