Meet Dr. Rachel Aziz – a Taylor Swift enthusiast who strives to create the best experience for her patients, no matter what! Dr. Rachel attended Purdue University, where she dual-majored in Neurobiology & Physiology, as well as Communications, with a minor in Management. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Rachel completed her Residency at Jacobi Medical Center in New York. She then made her way back to Indiana to work as an Associate Dentist, while completing over 300 hours of continuing education courses in Invisalign, treatment planning, complex cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and more.
