Dr Tyson Tanner

Dr. Tanner decided on becoming a dentist because of his Grandpa. He was fortunate to have his Grandpa as his dentist and decided to follow in his footsteps at a young age. Dr. Tanner attended dental school at Midwestern University in Chicago, IL and later did a general practice residency at the University of Iowa and obtained further training with medically compromised patients. Though he enjoyed working in private practice and loved his time working with veteran’s at the Roseburg VA Health Care System, he loves serving Chariton and its surrounding areas. In his free time, Dr. Tanner loves to fish with his kids. It's a good day when he's able to hook a bass! If you know of any good fishing or hiking spots, feel free to share during your next appointment, because he loves to be outdoors, even in the winter. Dr. Tanner likes spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and tucking in to a good cheeseburger. He really enjoys working with the Chariton Community and being a part of the annual activities. He loves the town and the people he gets to interact with in the area.
