Dr. Mahoney was born and raised in a small town in eastern Canada. Her interest in dentistry started from a young age, having listed “dentist” as her aspirational career in kindergarten. Dr. Mahoney earned her bachelor's degree from Memorial University in Newfoundland, Canada. She then went on to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Following dental school, Dr. Mahoney further honed her skills by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at NYU Langone in Brooklyn, New York. Continuing education is a passion of Dr. Mahoney’s. She loves to keep up with the latest technologies and techniques to provide the best possible experience for her patients.
