I grew up in the mountain town of Flagstaff, Arizona. I earned my bachelor of science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma where I was recruited to play college hockey. After college, I joined 3M company as an engineer, spending 3 years in both Little Rock, Arkansas and Menomonie, Wisconsin. While at 3M, I decided to make my professional transition into dentistry. I earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of New England in Portland, Maine. After graduation, my family (wife and two daughters) relocated to Flagstaff to join a family dental practice. What I love most about dentistry is the interaction with patients. Not only do I have the opportunity to meet new people and learn about their lifestyles and experiences, but I have the privilege to meet their needs in a special way.
