Dr. Gabriela Rey is an El Paso native. She attended the University of Texas at El Paso for her undergraduate studies and graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Rey earned her dental degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio. During dental school she participated in numerous mission trips to Mexico and Guatemala, providing dental care to underserved populations. Dr. Rey has worked in both public health settings and in private practice. Dr. Rey is committed to providing the highest quality of care to her patients and completes several hours of post graduate dental education every year in the many disciplines of dentistry. She has a special interest in Pediatric Dentistry and limits her practice to treating children. She believes in educating parents on preventing tooth decay and creating positive dental experiences for children. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the El Paso District Dental Society. When she is not busy raising her children, she enjoys reading, baking, traveling, photography, and spending quality time with family and friends.
