Dr. Omar Arshad graduated and earned his DMD from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in May 2011. After graduation, he worked as an associate in the Midwest region for eleven years before acquiring Northeast Family Dental Care Elgin from Dr. William Galanes in October 2022. Dr. Arshad looks forward to continuing the excellent patient care that Dr. Arshad has served to the Elgin community and beyond. Dr. Arshad places an emphasis on Patient Comfort as well as keeping up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry to allow him to provide patients with the highest quality of care. He has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry, to dental implants and endodontics. Dr. Arshad continues to support his post-doctoral education via seminars, continuing education courses, and local/online study clubs. When Dr. Arshad is not at the office, he is spending time with his wife and two sons. Dr. Arshad enjoys sports (basketball, football, skiing), brazilian jiu jitsu, and is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan. Go Birds!
