Dr Todd Brilliant

Dr. Brilliant loves to create beautiful, healthy smiles for his patients. After growing up in Long Island, NY, he attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor where he received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Resource Ecology and Management. Dr. Brilliant continued his education at the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He then continued onto a residency at the San Diego Veterans Administration Hospital. Dr. Brilliant is committed to continuing his education and is active in the dental community. He is an active member in the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and San Diego County Dental Association.
